Format date MySql memang berbeda dengan MsAccess. Format MySql: tahun-bulan-tgl (tanda - harus diikutkan). Jadi harus disesuaikan dulu (khusus untuk hari ini bisa menggunakan CURRENT_TIMESTAMP). Contohnya:   Dim tgb As Variant   tgb = Format(rst.Fields("tglgabung"), "YYYY") _             & "-" & Format(rst.Fields("tglgabung"), "MM") _             & "-" & Format(rst.Fields("tglgabung"), "DD")    Setelah itu baru diinjeksikan.   Semoga bermanfaat.
