[belajar-access] cara mempasword database, mengetahui user yang aktive

Yth, para master access

Minta tolong cara mempasword databse lewat form, maksud saya begini,
saat database dibuka langsung form entri username dan password yang muncul, bila salah masuk 3x langsung close. pada saat form entry pasword muncul, fitur lain lain semua tidak berfungsi (buka tabel, query report dll)
