[belajar-access] Impor file excel ke access

Para pakar access, mau bertanya bagaimana caranya mengimpor file excel ke access di form, bukan di menu file external data.
Misal menu formnya : IDPel, Nama Pelanggan, Alamat, Daya, Tarif (dari tabel pelanggan)

Lalu pada saat mau impor file excel menggunakan command button, dan file excel tadi langsung masuk ke tabel pelanggan.

Apakah ada codingnya ? mohon bantuannya
