1. Buat Form
2. tambahkan command Button
3. property, pilih event, klik ganda event [on click]
4. tambahkan kode sbb :

Private Sub CommandDelete_Click()
On Error GoTo errorLabel
DoCmd.SetWarnings off

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdDeleteRecord
Exit Sub

errorLabel:
MsgBox Err.Description
End Sub

5. Simpan Form
6. Opne form yang dibuat
7. tampilkan record yang akan di delete
8. klik tombol [delete record] yang dibuat
