[belajar-access] absensi:event after update [1 Attachment]

Para suhu, rekan2x semuanya... setelah merepotkan beberapa master,
lumayan kelihatan bentuk program absen (thx to pak Hariyanto, pak Aksan,
dll). Ada pertanyaan sbb:
1. Bagaimana event nya agar data karyawan yang tdk masuk (di form tdk
masuk) setiap kita ganti tanggal juga berganti (refresh).
2. Untuk biodata karyawan saya merencanakan ada fotonya... untuk tipe
data apa yang digunakan agar performancenya cepat.
