Kalau Form dibuka langsung coba langkah ini :

1. Buka form ddalam design mode
2. Klik properties pada form
3. Pilih tab 'event' kemudian cari 'On open'
4. Pilih 'Event Procedure'
5. kemudian maukkan 'DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec'
atau sebagai berikut :

Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)
DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec
End Sub
6. Silahkan di save.
7. Silahkan dicoba
