Buat Mas Triyono S,

buat report dengan wizards, bound ke table employee, silakan pilih field yang dibutuhkan.

kemudian buat image frame, bound ke gambar tertentu, setelah berhasil di properties report setting

Name: ImageFrame

Picture: (none) atau link gambar yang ada di delete.

kemudian buat event pada detail section report, untuk ngeload link pada field photo yang ada di table employee agar tampak di detail report sbb:

Private Sub Detail_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
Me.ImageFrame.Picture = Me.Photo
End Sub
